Our services are designed to help professionals improve their communication abilities, confidence, and career prospects. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, job placements, salary increases, or career advancement as a result of using our services.
Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website, email, or phone communication. When booking a session, you agree to:
We offer coaching sessions in various formats, including in-person meetings at our location and virtual sessions via video conferencing platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology, internet connection, and quiet environment for virtual sessions.
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session or applicable rescheduling fees. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on coach availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach unavailability, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative scheduling options or appropriate refunds.
Current pricing for our coaching services is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for.
We accept payment through various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment processors. Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. For package purchases (multiple sessions), full payment is required upfront unless an approved payment plan has been established.
If you have an approved payment plan and fail to make timely payments, we reserve the right to suspend your access to services until payment is received. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your service agreement.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges, which will be added to your invoice where applicable. You are responsible for paying all such taxes or charges.

Success in interviews, presentations, career advancement, or skill development depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including your effort, practice, circumstances, and opportunities.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Speak With Confidence, its owners, employees, coaches, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within thirty (30) days, you and Speak With Confidence agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Iowa, United States, or another mutually agreeable location.
YOU AND SPEAK WITH CONFIDENCE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and Speak With Confidence agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted, you and Speak With Confidence agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Iowa for the purpose of litigating all such disputes.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Speak With Confidence regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Speak With Confidence.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and Speak With Confidence as a result of these Terms or your use of our services. You do not have authority to bind us in any manner whatsoever.
